The telephone is answered twenty-four hours a day. Out-of-town patients are invited to use our toll-free number, 1-(800)-552-5585, which is also answered 24 hours a day. Frequently, messages are transmitted to a doctor through his assistants. However, emergency calls are handled immediately. Less urgent calls may be handled by asking you to leave your number, allowing us to return your call later.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. A payment agreement may be arranged , if a large bill is anticipated. Please speak to our accounts manager. Patients can expect fees that are fair and just for the services provided. An estimate of fees for any procedure will be provided upon request. For your convenience, we will also be accepting Mastercard and Visa.
